  • 0.4 tbsp Mustard

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the puff pastry into squares of about 5 x 5 cm. Spread ketchup on half of the squares and mustard on the other half

    Place one Egetürk Boncuk Sosis on each half of the covered squares.

    Brush the edges of the puff pastry squares covered with Egetürk Boncuk Sosis thinly with egg yolk. This is best done with a pastry brush. Place the remaining squares on top of the pastry pieces like a cover.

    Press the edges of the overlapping pastry squares firmly with a fork and, if desired, straighten them again with a knife. Place the closed pastry bags on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Brush the pastry cases with the remaining egg yolk and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Bon appetit!
