    Cut the aubergines into thin slices and soak in salted water for 30 minutes. Boil the potatoes in their shells.

    Cut 150 g of Egetürk Salami in one piece, remove the foil and cut into cubes about 1 x 1 cm in size. Cut the dill, mash the garlic clove and mix it with the cheese, salami, lemon juice, cumin and chilli flakes. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half, dice the pepper and set aside to decorate the roll.

    Peel the boiled potatoes, add the butter and mash them with a fork. Mix the mashed potatoes with the salami cubes and keep warm (for example, in the stove at a low temperature).

    Fry the aubergine slices on both sides evenly in a pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of the potato salami filling in the centre and roll up the filled slices.
