    Use a knife to cut slits in the aubergines. Roast them in the oven or over an open fire. Peel the aubergines and cut them into small pieces

    Mix the aubergines with 1 tsp of salt and the béchamel sauce in a mixing bowl.

    Cut the onion into thin pieces, place in a sauce pan with the butter and cook until glassy. Add the cubed sucuk and mix. Add the pureed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
