    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Saute the tomato paste with olive oil for a short time. Add water, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and cook for a short time.

    Cut the fresh baguette into slices. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Chop the mozzarella into thin slices and grate the Gouda. Remove the foil from the Egeturk sucuk. Cut the sucuk first into slices and then into small cubes.
