Crumble the yeast in a small bowl and dissolve with the warm water. Mix the salt, sugar and flour in a larger bowl. -

Pour the dissolved yeast and oil into a large bowl and knead with the flour to form a smooth dough. Then cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius on the lower top setting. -

Finely chop the Egeturk sucuk, tomatoes, peppers and onion, and chop the parsley. Mix them all in a bowl with tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper. -

Divide the dough into walnut-sized pieces and roll out thinly on a floured worktop. Spread the mixture evenly over the mini pizza dough. -
