    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. For the dough, mix the flour, salt, water, oil and butter into a smooth dough

    Cut about half of the Egeturk pastırma into strips and dice the other half. Wash and cut the spinach into strips, then thinly slice the spring onions.

    Saute the spinach briefly in a large pan or saucepan, add the pastırma and spring onions and continue to saute for about 2-3 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool briefly and mix with the grated cheese, parmesan, yogurt, cumin, chilli flakes, salt and garlic.

    Divide the dough in half and roll out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the pastırma and spinach mixture on the pastry. Leave a edge about 1 cm wide.

    Roll out the other half of the dough thinly, place it on top of the pastry and seal it well by pressing the edges. Finally, pierce the closed dough several times with a fork.
