    Cut the sucuk, peppers and tomatoes into cubes. Fry the peppers in a little oil for a short while, then add the Sucuk and finally the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and leave the mixture to cool.

    Cut the puff pastry into 10 x 10 cm squares, place the filling in the centre and brush the edges with egg yolk. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, top and bottom.

    Fold the stuffed dough pieces into triangles. Press the edges firmly with a fork. Brush the top with the remaining egg yolk.
